All Cakes can be customized according to the customers need, eg Flour, eggs, etc
My normal cakes are either baked with Gluten-Free Flour or Gluten Free Self Raising Flour.
I use the Potassium, Cream of Tartar mixture from Nature Choice as Baking powder.
For some, I use egg replacer instead of normal eggs.
Frostings are made using a mixture of either icing powder, butter, cream, glucose, tylose, vanilla extract, etc.
Here is an example of a cake done for Mother's day.
